10% Voucher Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter
The promoter is BSL International Limited trading as Sports Directory (company number: 02800425 and registered address: Unit A, Brook Park East, Shirebrook, NG20 8RY) (the Promoter) and can be contacted by post at: Unit A, Brook Park, Shirebrook, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, NG20 8RY or by email at: sales@sportsdirectory.com.

2. The Scheme
2.1. The Scheme will commence on 24 April 2017 and end on 28 February 2026, or earlier in accordance with these terms and conditions.
2.2. The Promoter is pleased to offer eligible Participants the opportunity to receive an e-voucher (Voucher) of equivalent value to 10% of a Participant’s Eligible Purchases (as defined in clause 2.6 below) from the Promoter whether by post, fax, telephone or through the Promoter’s website at: www.sportsdirectory.com (the Website) subject to these terms and conditions. For example, if a Participant places an order with the Promoter for £100.00 worth of Eligible Purchases, the Participant will be emailed a Voucher to the value of £10.00 within fourteen days of an invoice being raised by the Promoter.
2.3. The value of the Voucher is calculated by taking 10% of the Participant’s total spend Eligible Purchases in that transaction excluding VAT and does not include any delivery costs, packaging costs or any portion of the purchase paid for using a voucher, discount or similar. The value of a Voucher will be rounded to the nearest pound.
2.4. Once you have checked out, the Voucher will be sent to the email address given by the Participant on registration to the Promoter’s online account within fourteen days of an invoice being raised by the Promoter for the order. If a Voucher has not been received within fourteen days from the date of the order, Participant’s should contact the Promoter with their proof of purchase at: sales@sportsdirectory.com.
2.5. To redeem a Voucher, the Participant must place an order through the Website and provide the reference number of the Voucher at the checkout stage. Vouchers issued through this Scheme may not be redeemed against purchases made by post, fax or telephone or purchases that are not full price (i.e. products that are already reduced in price).
2.6. “Eligible Purchases” means full-priced products sold by the Promoter through its brochure or the Website. Eligible Purchases shall not include any discounted, reduced or special offer products. The Promoter reserves the right to remove certain products from the Scheme from time to time.

3. Eligibility Criteria
3.1. Participants of the Scheme must:
3.1.1. be a registered education establishment in the United Kingdom; and
3.1.2. have an online account registered with the Promoter.
3.2. Each educational establishment may only have one registered account with the Promoter for the purposes of this Scheme.
3.3. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse entry to or remove a Participant from the Scheme at any time.

4. Conditions
4.1. Each Voucher may only be redeemed against purchases made on the Website.
4.2. Any value remaining on a Voucher following a purchase may be used on subsequent purchases from the Website.
4.3. Each Voucher will be available for redemption on the Website for the period of 6 months from the date of issue of the Voucher. If the Voucher is not redeemed within 6 months from the date of issue, no replacement Voucher shall be issued.
4.4. Any products returned which were purchased using a Voucher shall be dealt with in accordance with the Promoter’s usual returns process however any refund will be given in the form of a Voucher and not cash.
4.5. The Voucher is personal to the Participant and is strictly non-transferable and must not be sold or advertised for sale whether on the internet, in a newspaper or elsewhere. Any Vouchers advertised for sale or transferred to a third party shall be voided.
4.6. No cash alternative is available in place of the Vouchers.
4.7. The Participant is responsible for ensuring they provide the correct email address for the Voucher to be sent to. No replacement Voucher will be issued for lost Vouchers.
4.8. No replacement Vouchers or compensation shall be offered in any circumstances.

5. Use of Participant’s Information
By submitting information to us, such as the name, email address and postal address of the educational establishment, the Participant agrees to receive promotional e-mails from companies within the Frasers Group plc (which includes the Promoter). Any personal information will be held in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. Participants can opt-out of any marketing emails at any time.

6. Termination and Expiry of the Scheme
6.1. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to remove a Participant from the Scheme for any reason at any time. Any Vouchers held by a Participant who is removed from the Scheme shall immediately be void. Any Participant removed from the Scheme will not be permitted to participate in the Scheme without prior written approval from the Promoter.
6.2. The Scheme will automatically end on 28 February 2025. Vouchers will be issued up to and including 28 February 2025 and may be redeemed within the 6 month period from the date the Voucher is issued.
6.3. The Scheme may be terminated by the Promoter in its sole discretion at any time (including before 28 February 2025). Should the Promoter terminate the Scheme prior to 28 February 2025, any Voucher issued up to the date of termination of the Scheme may be redeemed within the 6 month period from the date the Voucher is issued.

7. General Terms
7.1. No correspondence will be entered in to and the Promoter’s decision is final.
7.2. The Scheme may be cancelled at any time without further notice to you.
7.3. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to issue a Voucher to any Participant whose account is in default in any way.
7.4. The Promoter reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
7.5. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Participant.
7.6. The Promoter does not offer any advice or guidance in the suitability of products purchased from the Website, including products purchased as part of this Scheme.
7.7. The Scheme will be governed by English law and participants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
